IPL-I was used on the JOHNNIAC at the RAND Corporation mainly for providing theorems in propositional calculus. There were many different versions released, the most popular being IPL-V which was released in 1958. IPL-V was widely used on machines such as the IBM 650, 704, UNIVAC 1105, and many others.
