Ultrasonic Flowmeters
Ultrasonic flowmeters can be put to universal use in measuring all clean fluids and gases, without contact, in which ultrasonic waves propagate. The principle of measurement is based on the ultrasonic transit time. Ultrasonic flowmeters have a wide spectrum of applications ranging from air through ammonia, nitrogen, and natural gas, and from phosphoric acid to, heavy oils, desalinated water and mixtures of water and oil.
